The Max IV is a full time six wheel drive amphibious ATV that can carry four adults in two forward facing bench seats. There are four models of Max IV.
The Max IV 500T is the basic model of Max IV. It has a 16hp 480cc Briggs & Stratton Vanguard engine and 21" Goodyear Rawhide Tires.
The Max IV 600T is a step up from the 500T it has solid splined axles and o-ring sealed chains, skid plates, and a trailer hitch. The engine is the 18hp 570cc Briggs & Stratton Vangurd.
The Max IV 850T is a serious amphibious ATV. It has much more power and torque over the 600T. It has a 23hp 674cc Kohler Command engine with oil cooler and hydraulic lifters. A strong heavy duty machine for work and play. Easily handles steep hills and heavy loads.
The Max IV 950T is for the person who wants one of the best most rugged and reliable amphibous ATVs built. The Max IV 950T has a Kawasaki Liquid cooled 27hp 745cc engine that is powerful and extremely reliable that is built to last for years of continueous duty. The Max IV 950T is the machine for adding tracks, pushing a plow, and carrying four adults.
A large assortment of options are available for the Max IV so a machine can be bought as the base model or customized to the customers needs. All Max IV vehicles can accept the optional 26" Goodyear Super Terra Grip tires which add ground clearance, excellent traction, and makeit the fastest amphibious ATV built in the water.
It's only 10 inches longer than the MAX II, but its ingenious design allows you to carry four full-sized adults. Five gallon fuel tank gives up to nine hours of operating time. For maximum ground clearance, try the 26 inch tire option.
